Cloud & IT Consulting

Cloud and IT Decisions, Made With a Plan

We help growing businesses move to the cloud, modernize aging applications and strengthen the infrastructure underneath, with practical roadmaps that balance cost, risk and day-to-day operations.

Infrastructure that supports growth instead of limiting it

Technology environments tend to grow by accident. A server added here, a SaaS subscription there, backups nobody has tested, and an application that only one former employee understood. It works until it does not, and then problems arrive at the worst time.

Our cloud and IT consulting services bring structure to that environment. We assess what you have, identify risks and waste, and recommend a realistic path: which workloads belong in the cloud, which should stay, which should be replaced, and in what order.

When you are ready to act, we plan and carry out migrations in phases so the business keeps running, and we set up monitoring, security and cost controls so the new environment stays healthy.

What we offer

  • IT and cloud assessment

Inventory of systems, costs, dependencies and risks, with a prioritized list of recommendations.

  • Cloud migration

Planning and execution of moves to AWS or Microsoft Azure, from lift-and-shift to re-platforming.

  • Application modernization

Containerizing, re-architecting or replacing legacy applications to improve reliability and reduce maintenance.

  • Security and access

Identity and access management, least-privilege policies, encryption and baseline security reviews.

  • Backup and recovery

Backup strategy, restore testing and documented recovery plans aligned to how long you can afford to be down.

  • Cost optimization

Right-sizing resources, reserved capacity, budgets and alerts so cloud spend matches actual use.

Business benefits

The practical value you should expect, and the measures we use to check it.

Reliability you can plan around

Redundancy, monitoring and tested recovery reduce the chance and impact of outages.

Spend that matches value

Visibility into what each workload costs makes it possible to cut waste confidently.

Flexibility for growth

Cloud infrastructure scales with demand and supports new locations and remote staff.

Reduced key-person risk

Documentation and standard tooling mean your systems do not depend on one person’s memory.

Our approach

  1. Step 1

    Assess

Interviews, system inventory and cost review to understand the current environment and constraints.

  2. Step 2

    Recommend

A roadmap with options, trade-offs and estimated effort for each workload.

  3. Step 3

    Prepare the landing zone

Accounts, networking, identity, logging and security baselines configured before anything moves.

  4. Step 4

    Migrate in waves

Lower-risk workloads first, validated and cut over, then progressively more critical systems.

  5. Step 5

    Operate and optimize

Monitoring, cost reviews, patching and periodic architecture check-ins after migration.

Frequently asked questions

Need IT consulting services for US businesses? Innovix Solutions is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico and advises companies nationwide on cloud and infrastructure.

Not automatically. Cloud can reduce hardware, maintenance and over-provisioning costs, but poorly managed environments can cost more than on-premise servers. Savings come from right-sizing, retiring unused systems and active cost management, which we build into every plan.

Both are capable platforms. Azure often fits businesses already invested in Microsoft 365 and Windows-based systems; AWS offers a very broad service catalog. We recommend based on your applications, skills and licensing rather than preference.

We plan migrations in waves with testing and cutover windows chosen to minimize impact, and we keep rollback options until each system is confirmed stable.

We offer ongoing support for cloud environments and applications we build or migrate, including monitoring, updates and periodic reviews. Day-to-day desktop support is outside our focus, and we can coordinate with your existing IT provider.

We start with identity and access, encryption, logging and backups, then review against recognized cloud security best practices. For regulated industries we work alongside your compliance advisers rather than claiming certifications on your behalf.
